Can Customers pay in cash?


No, but everything can be paid online or at the time of delivery with a card.




Do you provide packaging materials?


Yes if needed, must indicate packing supplies needed at the time of booking.




Can customers schedule a delivery for a future date?


Yes, customers can schedule a date and time in advance.




How many packages can we send per trip?


On the delivery estimate calculator there is a maximum of 10 drop offs per transaction, schedule multiple drop offs easier by emailing customer service for 11 or more drop offs for additional tier discounts.
